Ann Bernard specializes in treating symptoms and syndromes related to the effects of trauma and stress. Within her role as a health promoter, she utilizes these therapies to improve function in her clients. Her healing philosophy involves a holistic approach with particular attention to symptom alleviation.
She has studied extensively with the Upledger Institute in Florida and the Advanced Cranial Osteopathic techniques of Franklyn Sills, a noted European Osteopath.
